Day 1
Cochin/ Kovalam
Arrived Cochin International airport then drive 4:30hrs to Kovalam, a beautiful beach destination in Kerala. On arrival check in at hotel. Later spend rest of the day at the beach enjoying the panoramic view of the scenic surrounding sandy beaches with waves embracing the bay. Return back on time to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
In Kovalam
Full day relaxing on beach and enjoy delicious Kerala’s local food at dinner time. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3
Kovalam / Alleppy
After the morning breakfast at the hotel, we drive (185 km in about 4 hrs) to Alleppy and transfer to Houseboat -is one of the most beautiful attractions in Kerala and is must to visit on Kerala tour. Rest of the day enjoy at leisure enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding natural beauty with lovely paddy field, streams and lakes, rustic villages and many exquisite attractions. Later in the evening enjoy the sun-set view from the sun-deck. Lunch, evening Tea/Coffee with snacks and dinner will be served by our houseboat staff according to the time. Overnight stay will be on houseboat.
Day 4
Alleppy / Kumarkom
Enjoy the breakfast on houseboat and check out at the finishing point of houseboat cruise in Alleppy. Later drive (33 km in about 50min) to Kumarakom is a beautiful scenic village popularly known for its exotic water bird sanctuary and picturesque backwater. On arrival, check in at hotel.Later in the evening go for a sun-set cruise or relax at the scenic Vembanad Lake Indulge in various Ayurvedic treatments. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 5
Kumarkom/ Thekkady
In the morning, check out of your hotel and enjoy a drive to Thekkady through the spectacular countryside to arrive Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. In the Periyar forest of Thekkady is one of the finest wildlife reserves in India. Arrive Thekkady early afternoon and check-in into your hotel. A distance of 122km will be covered in about 3 hrs. Evening enjoy boat ride at Periyar Lake to watch the wildlife at close quarters especially wild Elephants. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 6
In Thekkady
After breakfast, visit the elephant junction for an elephant ride! In the afternoon, visit a local market for spices and herbs. Later if time allows proceed for an Ayurvedic treatment (additional cost will apply). In the evening, visit Kalari martial arts centre. Dinner and overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 7
Thekkady / Munnar
In the morning, check out of your hotel and enjoy a snake bend drive to Munnar throughout the journey enjoy the scenic vistas on nature, lovely view of the scenic waterfalls, rubber and spice plantations and lush green surrounding with thick forests. Later scenic walk through the tea and cardamom gardens. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 8
In Munnar
Enjoy the healthy morning breakfast. Today we go for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar, hiking on the hills. Later return back to the hotel where the delicious dinner and cozy bed will be waiting. Night at the hotel in Munnar. Optional: spices and tea shopping.
Day 9
Munnar / Cochin
After breakfast drive to Cochin. A distance of 126 km will be covered in about 3 hrs. Cochin in Kerala the Queen of Arabian Sea. On arrival at Cochin freshen up and have some rest as you will be served welcome drink for some refreshment. Later in the evening enjoy half of the day sightseeing tour of Cochin. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 10
In Cochin
After breakfast full day sightseeing trip of Cochin. Where you can see some heritage monuments like The Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Net and Indo-Portuguese Museum. After the sightseeing come back to the hotel, take some rest and later you can enjoy the famous ancient dance of Kerala, the Katha Kali performed by great artists. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Cochin.
Day 11
Cochin / Abroad
Transfer to airport to catch flight home.
