Day 1

Arrived Delhi

Arrive Delhi. Meet upon arrival and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

In Delhi

Combined city tour of Old and New Delhi, visiting Qutub Minar, India Gate (War Memorial), Lakshminarayan Temple, Lotus Temple drive pass President’s house, Parliament house. Also visit Raj Ghats and Shanti Van – The cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jamia mosque and drive pass Red Fort and Chandni Chowk etc.  Dinner and  overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3

Delhi / Leh 

On arrival at Leh airport our representative will meet you to pick you up and transfer to your hotel. Day free for acclimatization and individual activities. Leh is situated at an altitude of 3524m. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 4

 In Leh

After breakfast, leave for a tour of Leh and see its ancient monuments and Buddhist sites. Visiting Shey, Thiksey and Hemis Gompas. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5

Leh / Pangong Lake / Leh – full day excursion

This morning 4hrs drive to Pangong lake through Changla Pass(5486m) while ascending Changla Pass enjoy the beautiful  panoramic view of the village below the pass. The famous blue, brackish lake of Pangong is 5/6 km wide and over 144 km long with half of it’s running the other side of the “India China Border”. The lake is situated at an altitude of 14500ft. Rare black necked cranes and other migratory birds are seen here. The water of the lake is salty. Evening come back to Leh for overnight stay.

Day 6

Leh / Khardungla Pass / Leh – full day excursion

Today full day excursions to Khardungla pass the highest motorable pass (5600m) in the world. At the top enjoy the nature of snow capped mountains. In the late afternoon return back to hotel in Leh.

Day 7

 In Leh 

Morning half day visit to Leh palace built in 1825. On the way back visit  Choglamar village (The Tibetan refugees camp) famous for its culture, history and Buddhism. Afternoon day free for personal activities. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 8

 Leh / Delhi / Agra

Fly for Delhi and drive to Agra  the city of Taj Mahal  – One of the Seven Wonders of the World built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz. The monument made of white marble took over 22 years to finish between 1630 AD. To 1652 AD. Also visit Agra Fort – A massive structure on the bank of Yamuna built by famous emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. It has numerous places and beautiful pearl mosque. Overnight stay in  Agra.

Day 9

Agra / Delhi International airport

Transfer to International airport to fly back home.
